Dennis James Hill was born December 1, 1951 in Columbus Ohio to Horace and Lucille Hill.
After attending East High School, Dennis was drafted and served honorably for the Army. He later became a self-employed auto mechanic.
Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his father, Horace Hill Sr. Melinda Walker and special friend Regina “Jeanie” Mitchell.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Patricia Hill; son, Jamar Hill; daughters, Tahesha Alexander, Myesha Alexander, and Simeon Alexander; mother, Lucille Hill; brothers, Howard Hill (Callie), Richard Hill, Horace Hill Jr., Michael Hill, Steven Hill, and Marvin Hill (Teri); sister, Taaliba Umari Detroit Michigan; 13 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and neighborhood friends.
Dennis will be sincerely missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

There are no words to express the sorrow in our hearts. Please know that our deepest sympathy are with you . How comforting it is to know that Jehovah the God of comfort will eliminate all grief and provide permanent consolation when all those in the Memorial so will come out (John 5:28 and 29)

To the Hill family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss. Words can not express the pain we feel when the family bond is broken by death! May your faith in God’s promises grow as his word at 1 Corinthians 15:25, 26 says, “For he (Jesus) must rule as king until God has put all enemies under his feet. 26 And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.”
