Devene M. Turner-Watkins, age 31, passed away on September 3, 2020. He was born on February 15, 1989 at Grant Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He attended FCI Academy and was employed by Buckeye City Automotive as a car salesman. Devene loved helping people and was always there when you needed him. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his two daughters, and playing basketball.
Devene leaves to forever cherish his memory, parents David and Christine Watkins and Theodora Turner, daughters SaMiyrah and Miley Turner, sisters Shaneka Turner, Kwanza (Darnell) Maxwell, Britney Turner, Desiree’ Watkins, brother Sean (Yhasmenda) Williams, grandmother Sylvia Watts, grandparents Willie (Equilla) Lipsey, mother of his children Santina Burt a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at True Love Ministry, 1634 Minnesota Ave.

Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
We love you so much Devene… I just can’t believe this happened to you. I’m so sorry, I just wish I could call you one last time, argue with you, tell you how much your kids miss you… anything one last time. I love you…please watch over me, your kids, your family we all need it the most right now. We are hurting so bad Devene.
