Diane grew up in the North Columbus Linden area. She went to Windsor Elementary School, Linmoor Middle School, and Linden McKinley High School.

Diane always enjoyed spending time with her family during the family engagements. She also loved going to the Casino on Saturdays with her mom (Betty) sister (Shirley) and favorite aunt (Joann). She was also a member of Mount Vernon AME Church and she was baptized at an early age.

Diane is preceded in death by father, Ruben Young; grandson, Marquis Talley; brother, Otis Byers III; half-brother, Cornell Byers; and grandparents.

Diane leaves to cherish her precious memories, mother, Betty Brisco; special mother, Mary Bivens; sisters, Shirley Byers-Brown, Selina McCarey, and Jacqueline (Kenneth) Moore of Rand, West Virginia; brother, Ruben Young of Miami, Florida; daughters, Nicole Daniels and Shameka Daniels; grandchildren, Marquisa Daniels, Kevin Wilson Sr., Shaniqua (Timothy) Sealey, and Shanise Collins; great grandchildren, Kevin Wilson Jr., Timothy Sealey Jr., Tayler Sealey, and Amirah Talley; special friend, Pearl Gamble; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Diane will truly be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loved her.

Visitation 1:00pm and Funeral 2:00pm Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
