Dolisa Hillmon

I met Dolisa when we were in first grade at Livingston Ave. Elementary School. I was walking to school and somehow tripped and fell. Suddenly a little kind voice said “Did you hurt yourself? Let me help you. We can walk to school together. My name is Dolisa.” We were friends all through Elementary School. Our family moved, and we didn’t see each other that often but it was always great to see her. She reached out on Facebook and we would call each other. I live in Atlanta now. I will miss being able to call her and her calling me. I wish I had come home so that I could get together with her and some of our Livingston Comrades. Dolisa loved GOD ever since we were little, so I know she is fine. Psalm 34:18 “The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” I extend my condolences to Dolisa’s family and friends. GOD bless and take care of you all.
