Donnie Moore, age 82. Sunrise December 8, 1936 and Sunset January 24, 2019.
Donnie leaves to cherish her memory, children, Juanita (Charles) Burks, Kenneth Brown, Victor Brown, Georgia Sparks, Daisy (James) Slaughter, George Brown, and Reginald Brown; 23 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren and other relatives.
Visitation 11:00am and Funeral 12:00pm Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1775 W. Broad Street.
Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.

I am so very sorry to read about the passing of Donnie.God is a refuge in times of distress.My condolences to the Moore families.
My heart is heavy at the passing of “Mom Brown”. I thank God for bringing her into my life. May God’s presence always be with the family and particularly at this most difficult time.
Our heartfelt prayers go out to the Brown family at this time of loss. “For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens…..”2 Corinthians 5:1-3.
