  1. A PRECIOUS ONE from us has gone. A voice we love is stilled. A place is vacant in our hearts, which can never be filled.

I loved my aunt Doris, I remember all the times we spent together it encouraged me. Doris-Spencer lived with my Aunt Odette and my Grandfather James her shoe size was 2 1/2 and 3, collected pennies when we would walk, she always took walks, we always went shopping for clothes, she encouraged me to do the right things in life, she was a beautiful woman and fun to be with. I will always cherish ever memory with Doris. I will miss you Torya Yvette Ross Stillwell

Doris you always had a way to have fun I tell you are so much missed by me and my wife Jeanie she still looks for you in the mornings when she first opens her shop we had fun in there we would pick on somebody and had fun doing it love you and again RIP!!!

  11. My mom, my aunt, and my grandma banded together and gave me a village of support when I was growing up. Aunt Doris is someone special to remember with warmth, think of with pride, and cherish with love. Doris was different than anybody in my family on either side. Thanks Aunt Doris for all you done!

  12. RIP to a great soul! 93 years of life! You will truly be missed Aunt Doris, but now it’s your time to rest! We love you

  13. I remember only a couple years ago leaving a visit to my dad in the hospital and I got a video call from Calvin and JohnJohn with Aunt Doris on the road traveling to some – ahem – FUN places (lol!) and Aunt Doris was just like you all said in the service – she was quiet but when she spoke OH GOODNESS! They had me cracking up! Those Stillwell sisters might be still, but you never know how deep that well of Spirit was in them til they spoke. Much love to all the Ohio, Bluefield, WV, North Carolina and Virginia family (and loving parts sunder) and especially to Aunt Mary Kate as well.

  14. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family in this time of sorrow. Continue to rely on God and know that he hears your prayers, because he cares for you. Truly sorry for your loss.
