Douglas Lee Lane, age 46. Sunrise June 28, 1972 in Evergreen, AL and Sunset November 26, 2018 in Mansfield, OH.
Douglas was a member of Latter Rain Church of God in Christ. He was a certified welder, and earned a certificate in CNC Program Operation Machine and Tools from Akron CNC Training Center. Douglas enjoyed fishing and Alabama Crimson Tide and Kansas City Chiefs Football.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roosevelt Lane and brother, John Wayne Lane.
He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife of 24 years, Francetta A. Lane; mother, Mae Rettia Lane; daughter, Shi’dea N. Lane; grandchildren, Ni’ahana Lane, King Spivey and Royalty Spivey; brothers, Eddie (Lisa) Lane and Jonathan (Kizzy) Lane; sisters, Vanessa (James) Williams, Fenisha (Darrell) Betts, Kizzy Lane (Will Likley) and Olivia Lane; sisters and brothers in law, Annette D.Favers, Barbara Garrett, Henry (Atetha) Garrett, Jessie Garrett, Ralph (Deltina ) Garrett, and Amika Garrett and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Friday, December 7, 2018 at Latter Rain COGIC 259 Glessner Ave.
