Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Ebenezer Ayer aka Bob. He was a friend and a brother. Our friendship span 6 decades. Bob was very sociable, friendly and a kind man. I never saw him angry. I’m privileged to have seen him a week before his demise. I’m glad l was able to share a short prayer with him asking him to hold on to the faith and asking God to have mercy on his soul. God knows best and we have to trust in his judgment. l hurts to know he is no more. We liked to share stories of our encounters and a great vacuum has been created by his passing. My kids called him uncle Bob and we all will miss him dearly. Your passing happened so fast but your memories will live with us for a longtime. Fare thee well my brother and may you rest peacefully till the resurrection day.
