To the family of Mary, you have my deepest sympathy in your loss. Although we have the resurrection hope, it does not remove the pain we feel in our hearts from the loss. (John 5:28) God knows how you feel because he had to endure the pain of His son’s agonizing death. Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.” May you rely on God’s promise that Mary will live again!
