Vinson

EILEEN H. BOLDING-VINSON
Before the sun rose on Friday Morning, May 19, 2023, Eileen heard the call
of the Shofar from ABBA Father, “ Come home my daughter”. And her soul
said YES! Knowing she had done all that she was purposed she welcomed
Father’s call of peace (Shalom).   With her parents and siblings patiently
waiting.

“Momma” Happily at Peacefully went Home!

Born Eileen H. Carroll on April 14, 1937, recorded as the hottest day in
Columbus, Ohio, a humid 71 degrees.  “ Ironic “Momma” never liked a lot of
heat!” She was the Tenth child of Nineveh and Eula Bell Carroll.  She
shared her life with nine siblings a host of nieces, nephews and cousins
who all spoiled her something good and she loved it!
Growing up in Ohio, she attended Fulton Elementary and Central High
School now where COSI stands. She played saxophone, adored singing,
dancing and the arts, and shared her love and friendship with Joyce
(Conley) Johnson who later married her youngest brother David Carroll.
Eileen later married JD Bolding, to them were given She’lia, Ronald,
Kevin(Renee), Felecia and Dana(Sam)Bolding. She then met and fell in
love with James Vinson and was blessed with James and Cyra (Sue)
Vinson. She was an extraordinary mother and guardian over the fruit that
she had been blessed with. From these vines she has grandchildren, great
grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great great-great grandchildren.
And my baby (Isaiah
She was a community activist beginning in the late 1960’s and served for
over 15 years as the NEAC Commissioner. A Professional chef for The
Christopher Inn Hotel, and Garfield Day Care, she also managed Moss’
Restaurant on Oak St. She owned two other businesses and worked
diligently in her neighborhood sitting on boards of First Church, CAMACO,
and Impact. Momma volunteered at the Church for All People at the age of
78, you could not keep her from shopping at thrift stores. Lead by the spirit

Momma clothed fed and housed those Father put in her path. It was her
love for the Father that allowed her to reach out and touch so many.
At the time of her birth Eileen’s mother was filled with the Holy Spirit, and
she was raised in the church. As we all travel through life, we may leave
the church, but the scriptures tell us in, Proverbs 22:6 “Train up a child in
the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.  And
one day she heard His voice and returned.  Throughout her spiritual
journey the most important position for her was to help others find their way
to Father, to hear His voice and obey. She was being an obedient child of
God. She attended, Renaissance Missionary Arch, Holy Temple, Agape
Family Worship Ctr, Yeshua is Lord, and House of Israel Ohio.
“A great soul serves Everyone all the time. A great soul never dies. It brings us together

again and again”. Maya Angelou

“Although its difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help us

ALL be comforted Tomorrow”
