  2. Bishop Waverly Jackson

Surely, it is for just such a time as this that we live holy, walking by faith, and observing to do all that our Lord Jesus Christ has commanded us. And we do so motivated by a love of God just for being who He is! In His infinite wisdom, He has seen fit to call His servant Elder Michael Pearson from labor to reward. Our hearts go out to Sis Deborah, to Michael, Jr. and to all the family at this time of your bereavement. Be encouraged to know with all assurance of faith that this labor is not in vain in the Lord! You are in our hearts and in our prayers; surely, God’s grace is sufficient for you. Sorrow not, as others who have no hope! Rejoice in the exceeding great and precious promises of Him who has promised to come again and to receive His people unto Himself. Be strong in the grace which is in Christ Jesus! Look up; for our redemption draweth nigh. Be strong, and of good courage; and the Lord will strengthen thine heart!
