I only met Liz In person once but it was memorable. She did makeup for an event my sister hosted. She was funny, patient and serious about her craft. My makeup was flawless. I followed her on Instagram so when I read she was sick, I began praying for her. I was very saddened by her death. May she Rest In Peace.

In a time like this, family means everything.
My condolences, although sincere, seem small on the scale of ones pain right now. I can only pray that the family will make it through somehow and come to realize, you will always have an angel,..who will always be on your side…fighting for you.

Condolence from Ms Carol on August 29th, 2020 7:49 am

Ms Liz. U brought light into a dark world. U & I met @ Mason Anthony. We become close in that time. We all saw your strong faith in the Lord. Even the students that I had you come speak to were in awe through your witness. I cried out for you to the Lord as others, I’m sure had, done. We didn’t want Him to take you home. But He had other plans. We are all Saddened even though we know you are in the arms of the Lord. We will meet up again. Until then you will stay alive in my heart ❣️❤️❤️

Condolence from Carol Burress (CB) on August 29th, 2020 5:44 pm

I’m really going to miss Lizbet. She was my first real friend here in Columbus. We had a lot of fun with her showing me around the city when she called and said, Hey CB, I’m going to swoop you up and we are going to have some fun! We always did. She was like a young sister to me and even though we had lost touch on an everyday basis, no time really passed between us. I hope she knows how much I love and miss her, but we will be together again. Rest well until then, beautiful, God needed you more than we did. Keep smiling and say Hi to Mark for me. Even tho we never met, Lizbet shared stories and made him come alive to me. I miss you so much already, please know that you are forever in my heart and I think of you all the time my sister. Loving you always.

Many of you may not know me but Liz & I grew up together, went to all the same schools together. Rode the bus to & from Mohawk every day of every year we we’re there. She was one of my best friends that even though I could not be present in her life everyday after school we maintained our friendship through social media- Thank God. I loved Liz with all my heart & I know she loved me too. She was the kindest, sweetest person I have had the privilege of knowing & growing up with. I have so many memories with her that will live on with me forever. Words cannot express how deeply hurt I am & I do not know if I can even cope with the realization of this. She was beautiful inside & out. I will never forget our friendship & love we had for each other. To her family, I am so very sorry. There is nothing I can say that will ease the pain, I do know one day when it is our time she will be waiting for us in heaven. On that day I will rejoice with her in the presence of the Almighty. My prayers are with you. God bless you all…

Liz was a very special person to our company. She helped us in so many ways and we developed a great friendship with her. Kevin would call her just to say “Hi and how are you doing”. We looked so forward to our meetings with her and talked her into bringing Teddy Roosevelt along too. We built a meeting room and called it the “Liz Flowers Conference Room” so that we would have a nice place when she came to our office. She called us her Color Consultants Family and we did feel like she was part of our family. We miss her so much but we know she is looking down on everyone and smiling that beautiful smile.

I am deaply saddened to hear of her passing and would like to offer my condolences to her family and friends at such a difficult time. I will always remember how beautiful Liz was inside and out!!!
