DavidsonEmanuel

Emanuel Jarell Davidson was born February 14, 1983 and departed this life on November 13, 2019.

He is preceded in death by parents Twana and Emanuel Davidson, and sister India Davidson.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory; children Emanuel Davidson and Journee Davidson, sisters Cortisha Davidson, and Tiffany Baker, aunt Sofia Brunner, uncle Ricardo Brunner, best friends James Lyles, Lonnie Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

Now may the father of every family in heaven and on earth grant that we might be strengthened with the power of the Holy Spirit and may Jesus Christ Dwell in our hearts through our faith; that we be grounded in love, and are able to understand the mystery of dying and resurrection.

Now we ask that the God of peace who brought back the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of all, by the blood of his great covenant make us complete even this day.

Forever in our hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow.
Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I’ve only gone to rest a while
Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief.
so dry your eyes and remember me not as I am now, but as I used to be
I will remember you all and look on with a smile, understand in your hearts I’ve only gone to rest a while, As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Refuge Baptist Church, 400 N. 20th Street.

Condolence from Evans family on November 19th, 2019 5:33 am

We want to share our condolences with the family. It’s never easy saying goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our creator promises promises that one day this pain will be a memory. That beautiful promise can be found in God’s Word the Bible. We hope you find comfort in these promises.

I want to offer my condolences to Emanuel’s family and especially Tiara and Journee. God brings people into our lives for a reason. Although Emanuel was with us for a little while he left a beautiful baby girl for us to cherish and take care of. Journee looks and smiles just like her dad. When I hold her, I see Emanuel. Tiara hold on to the memories you have of her father so she can see the love the two of you shared. I pray time heals your sorry so you can smile and be happy again and that God will comfort each person he loved and cared for during this difficult time.
