Erika Kay will be missed. I will miss her at the Family reunions putting games together and laughing at us trying to do them. Erika was a sweet person who had a beautiful smile and love for people.
Sorry to hear…. I have good memories of Erika from High School Days…. Prayers to all!
Ms. Polk made a huge impact on my life. Occasionally she would substitute for my math teacher at John Simpson Middle School….she was only the few positive teachers we ever had and she played a huge part in disrupting the school to prison pipeline that existed in that school system during that time. I’m gonna miss you.
Ms. Erika you had such a beautiful soul…I’ll miss our talks at the door at church, you always made sure Jordan was good…..my condolences to the family

KAY IS ONE PERSON I’D LOOK FOR IN THE CROWD AT CHURCH. I’M A HUGER AND I KNEW SHE DID WANT A HUG. SO I HAD TO FIND HER AND THEN DAY SHE DIDN’T HIDE ANYMORE. AND WOULD EVEN SMILE. I LIKED KAY FOR THE PERSON SHE WAS A TRUE CHILD OF GOD HER FAITH IN GOD AND THE WALK SHE ENDURED WITH HIM
SHE’S A HERO. HER LIFE HAS STRENGTHENED MANY THAT KNEW HER
