Fannie Belle Robinson

Bell 3

Fannie Belle Robinson was born May 13, 1946, in Talladega, AL. to the late Mr. Leroy Cole and Ruby (Swain) Cole. She gave her life to Christ early in life and joined Kingsten Baptist Church.

In 1965 she wed the late Billy Keith Sr. Soon after they headed north for better job opportunities and decided to plant roots in Columbus, OH. Fannie gave birth to three children, Llewelyn, Eleanor (Terry), and Billy Jr. She worked at Timken for 34 years and retired in 2002. Ever the busy bee, she continued working past retirement and ended up settling at Marzetti’s.

Fannie was a woman of strong faith. No matter the trials and tribulations life brought, she always believed in the power of the Lord. She was very active in her church and was a founding member of Christian Valley Baptist Church. Being the social butterfly that she was, she was also a member of several social clubs. Fannie could light up a room with her smile and laughter, and she always lived life to the fullest. She loved entertaining, cooking, spending time with family, working, and spoiling her grandkids. She shared her blessings with others often and could always be trusted for a helping hand.

On March 23, 2022, Fannie transitioned to her new eternal resting place, surrounded by family. Greeting her at the pearly gates of Heaven, were her parents, Leroy Cole and Ruby (Swain) Cole; siblings, Carolyn (Chuck) Hines, Joe Cole, Frederick (Mary) Cole, Sr., and Orlando (Theresa) Cole, Sr. Fannie’s memories will forever be cherished and remembered by her daughter, Eleanor (Terry) Carmichael; sons, Llewelyn Cole, and Billy Keith Jr.; two sisters, Gloria  Duncan, Holly (Odelle) Armbrester; grandchildren, Brittanni, Rachel, Ashlee, Arielle, Tre, Fannasia, Billy III, Lexus, Amarion, Shannell, and Myona; special friend, Eugene “Goat” Garrison; ten great grandchildren; and a host of other family & friends.

Visitation 1:00 PM and Funeral Service 2:00 PM Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Christian Valley Baptist Church , 3330 Scottwood Rd.
