Fannie M Coulter age 79, Sunrise February 15, 1939 in Moreland, KY. and Sunset
November 2, 2018 in Columbus
 
Fannie moved to Columbus in 1981 She worked at Ohio Department of Corrections 1984 until she retired in 2001.
 
She is Preceded in death by parents Willie and Birdie Harlan, sisters Barbara and Francis Harlan, and son in-law Wylie Cross Sr. 
 
She is survived  by companion of 20 years Willie MacFarland, children George L. (Emma) Coultur Jr., of Augusta, GA.,  Gary Wayne (Janice) Coultur of Lexington, KY., Sharon Denise Cross of Columbus, OH., Anthony Layne Coultur of Augusta, GA., father of children George L. Coultur Sr., siblings James (Annie) Harlan Of Dayton, OH., Joe (Annie) Harlan of Louisville, KY., Herbert (Vaddie) Harlan of Hattiesburg, MS., grandchildren George L. (Tywandia) Coultur III., LaShonda Coulter, Gary Wayne (Schnelle) Coultur, Amber-Leigh (Darrell) Reed, Crystal Gwynne Reed, Miche’ Coultur, Adaria Coulter, and Sierra Coulter, great grandchildren Tyler, Sierra, Rudy, Tiana, Keoun, Jaiden, and D’Andrea. 
 
Fannie will be missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Visitation 1:00pm and Funeral 2:00pm Saturday November 10, 2018 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH, 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to the Coulter’s family for your recent passing of Fannie Mae.Jesus promise Victory over the grave( meaning the grave will open to release the dead)by means of a resurrection.Jesus own resurrection confirms the truthfulness of his promise.1 Corinthians 15:54,56, John5:28,29.
