Felicia Neshay (Jackson) Simpson, age 51 passed away on January 10th 2023 at Mount Carmel East Hospital in Columbus, Ohio at 6:10 am. She was a wonderful mother and a very loving wife. Felicia Neshay truly loved her family very, very, dearly. At no cost would she not go out of her way to make sure that her family was ok. It didn’t matter the time, day or hour her loving help was there.
Just before embarking on said endeavors, she married Phillip C. Simpson Sr. on November 21, 2016 in a small ceremony at the courthouse in Columbus, Ohio, marking over 6 years of marriage. Together they raised their children and eventually moved on to bigger and better things, like buying their first home. Felicia was such a proud Mom seeing her youngest daughter Taylin graduate from “Groveport-Madison High School “in Groveport, Ohio.
Felicia loved to cook in her spare time. She learned recipes for all to enjoy and love and she was constantly looking for ways to improve the wellbeing of others. Her goals were to excel in anything her heart was set on. She loves animals, “Quirby”, the mixed American Bulldog and Husky puppy and Joey and Gunther, her two feline “sons”.
Felicia’s second career started in her new home, the state of Ohio with the AAA in Lancaster, Ohio where she was a travel sales agent for almost two years. She met some good friends along the way and moved on to an even more challenging career at Spectrum. In the span of two years there she more than conquered the sales world, specializing in advertisements, equipment sales and marketing. Overall, Felicia was the top sales at all workplaces and continued to broaden her skills in cooking and music. She made a small hit sing along children’s video in the early 90’s and entrepreneurship. Nonetheless she was one of the most determined souls you could have ever met.
Felicia Neshay loved everyone she came across and sometime helped better their lives. She will be deeply missed by all, but she ‘continues to live through us all. She is survived by her husband, Phillip and three children, Brandi, Taylin, and Taj.
May God keep our Felicia Neshay (Jackson) Simpson at peace and knowing that you LORD will watch over her family until they reunite with her in heaven, next to you LORD .
