To the Wigfall Family, my deepest condolences. I went to Highland Avenue Elementary School, 6th Grade with Frank. He was a very nice classmate. I am praying for his family, God Bless You & may Frank Rest In Peace, In Jesus Name, Amen ❣⚘

I grew up with Frank on the Hilltop he lived behind me on Wheatland Ave. When he came in town a couple years ago he stopped by with a promise of dinner with a couple of our Hilltop friends. Next I heard how sick Frank had become. Frank was a quiet, kind, thoughtful man. I will remember him as that. May his family have the comfort of God’s love during this time of loss. And may Frank rest in the peace of Heaven.
