Condolence Messages

  1. My name is Lori Dukes. Fred Banks was fundamental in the raising of my son Devin Dukes, he may have not been related to Devin by Blood but he’s the only father that Devin ever knew. He gave selflessly to me and to my son of his time and his love. I think of Fred as a father figure to myself as well. He was kind, patient and loving to us both. There will never be another like Fred he was amazing , brilliant and kind-hearted man. He always had a smile on his face even when times got tough. He will never be forgotten and always be loved. Rest in peace Fred
