George Robert Jordan, age 66, departed this life on Thursday, November 25, 2021.
George was born November 24, 1966 in Columbus, Ohio to the late David Lloyd Jordan and Willa Mae Smith.
George proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years then went on to serve in the Marine’s for a total of 11 years. George was a loving and caring son, father, brother, Uncle. After leaving the military, George went on to hold multiple city jobs within Columbus, OH.
George was preceded in death by his father, David L. Jordan Sr.; mother, Willa Mae Smith; son, Lance Jordan; and brothers, David L. Jordan Jr., Carlton Jordan, and Larry M. Jordan
George leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Collina Jordan, Rashaun Jordan, Judia Jordan, and Malik Jordan of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Dominiquea Jordan, Tebrayia McBride, Nina Jordan, Arissa Holmes, Lariah Jordan, Karnell Jordan, Kaliyah Jordan, and Rayonna Henry of Columbus, OH; brothers, David Burke and Kevin (Wendy) Jordan; sisters, Diane Zebbs, Monica (John) Peck, and Tanya Felder; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends that will forever cherish George in their hearts.
Visitation 1:00pm and Funeral 2:00pm Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.
