Harold I. Banks was born August 22, 1964 in Welch, WV to the late Lee Arthur and Clara Banks. He departed this life December 9, 2016 at 9:55pm. He was preceded by his brothers Arthur Lee and Charles Banks and Nephew Anthony Banks.
Harold went to WO schools and graduated in 1983. Harold worked through out his adult life. He held positions as Manager-Supervisor and thrived at being an STNA Health Aid. His heart was dedicated to helping those incapable of helping themselves. Harold loved cartoons and sports of any kind. But his greatest love was for his children and family. He always found a way to spend time with them all.
Harold leaves behind his children, LaBreya, Kalenna, Dayjah, Harold I, Aaliyah, Tajinae, Shanelle, and Sha’ Harold Banks all of Columbus, Ohio and Earl Johnson and Tabitha of Florida; five sisters, Brenda Washington, Clara Cannady of Columbus, OH, Carrie Banks of Northfork, WV, Regina & Shirley Foster of San Diego, CA, three brothers Clifford Banks and Matthew Foster of Fairmont, WV and Lee Arthur Foster of San Diego, CA, 1 sister in law Henrietta Banks of Kimball, WV, former wife and friend Carmaletia Johnson, 5 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends.
