Ilona Renee Stark entered this world on March 22, 1975, in Indianapolis, Indiana and departed from it on September 7, 2022, in Columbus, Ohio.   She was the daughter of Mr. Ben A Stark, Jr., and Mrs. Linda S. Fellner.

Ilona, known as Renee, attended Indianapolis public schools, and was graduated in 1993 from Arlington High School.  Shortly after graduating, she accompanied her Mother on an adventure to Columbus, Ohio where she became a licensed cosmetologist.  More recently, Renee worked for Progressive Insurance and Discover Financial Services.

Renee gave her life to Christ at an early age and was a member of the Church of Christ at Genessee Avenue, in Columbus.  She was an active member of the Genessee Justice Ministry, which is associated with the Columbus B.R.E.A.D. (Building Responsibility, Equality, And Dignity) Organization.

Renee has two sons, KeShaun James Carter, Jr., and Khyree James Carter, who completed her joy.  In addition to her parents and sons, she is survived by her step-mother, Shirley Stark of Indianapolis; her step-father, Barry J. Fellner, II, of Columbus; her sister from another mother, Shellie Evette Stark, and her brother from another mother, Geoffrey Quinn Fellner; sister-in-law Sara Fellner, and nieces and nephews Alexis, Isaac, Brendan, and Aavyn; great-aunt Eunice Dickerson, Uncle David (Lenora) Stark, aunt Myra (Gary) Redd, uncle Charles Samuel (Barbara) Williams, aunt Brenda Williams, aunt Mary B. Williams, aunt Mary (Keith) Branch, uncle Kenneth (Donna) Williams, aunt Ann (Clifton) Dixon, aunt Sabra (John) Johnson and more cousins than you can shake a stick at!  She also is survived by her little pet dog Giuseppe, also known as Scooby-Doo.Several beloved relatives have departed this earth ahead of her including grandparents Ben and Iris Stark; William “Bill” and Naomi Williams; great-grandparents Logan and Della Stark; James and Mary Boyd; and Sam and Sabra Kiles; uncle Rex Stark; uncle William Stark; aunt Jolene Butler; aunt Nelda Jean Cage; uncle John Williams, uncle Thomas Williams, and uncle Albert Williams.
