Jamal F. Woodley Jr., was born on June 14, 1989, to April Pierce, and Jamal Woodley Sr., in Toledo, Ohio. Jamal was called home to be with the Heavenly father on December 9, 2022.

Jamal was educated within the Toledo Public School system, graduating from Bowsher High School. Jamal accepted Christ at an early age and had a relationship with God.

Jamal was employed at Woodley Development Group from 2007 until his passing. He had a special love for music and was a member of the group PNC. (Bran & Mont) Jamal and his group traveled throughout the United States, and entertained throughout Ohio, and Bay City, Michigan.

Jamal also enjoyed cooking, and entertaining his loved ones, and friends. Jamal could make anyone laugh and was the “Life of the Party”. Anyone who knew,” Mallee” knew that he was very talented, and a great storyteller. Jamal lit up any room that he stepped in, his smile, and laugh was infectious.

One of Jamal’s latest business ventures was the self-appointed “THE FACE” of Woodley’s Taste of Flavor.

He is preceded in death by his loving grandparents Billy/Bernice Pierce, and Arto/Patricia Woodley Sr., Special Cousin; Jatonnio, Shyren and daughter Angel Elaine Woodley.

Jamal is survived by his parents; April Pierce, and Jamal Woodley Sr., godparents; Shauna Pollard, and Danny Williams, Kenneth/Charlotte Moore, siblings; Jarmod,Michael, Jaleia, Jawuan, Jasmine, Caleb, and Dreshell (Godsister), stepsiblings; Aj, Marty and LaRance, children; Jamarreon, Jazmya, Jorden, Malleeya, Ja’Shyren, Jamia, Jacari, Jaeana, Jameir, and Baylei, and special daughter Navaeh, godson’s; Jayceon, and Cash, goddaughter; Ariyah aunts; “Momma Sheryl” Aghatise, Vickie Pierce, Pamela Wilson, Edyth (Dana) Baker, Paulette (Derrick) Pierce, and Courtney McDowell, uncles; Billy Pierce Sr., Tim Pierce, Quinton (Dee) Hilsman, Kendal (Janie) Pierce, Dr. Arto (Debbie) Woodley Jr., Rodney Woodley Sr., Robert (Toni) Woodley and John Moore, special cousins; Boo, Pooh Bear, Kenda, Keyia, Ferris (Glynn), Nee Nee, JohnO, Damisha, Torri, TT, Precious, Justin, Bran, Von, KJ, ManMan, Rodney Jr., Andra, Stoney, Kneko, Devon, Uncle Curt, CJ, Kenny, Christian, Charlie Brown, Tyea, Taye and Hez. Special Brother D-ROC, and his 1400 Island Family; Ke-Ke, Goldie, E&D, Lil Will, Sam-P, and Dre, Rico, very special friend Jewell Stewart and a host of family and friends.

Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM Thursday, December 29, 2022 at New Birth Christian Ministries, 3475 Refugee Rd.

Friday, December 30, 2022 10:00 AM Interment at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery 1502 W. Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43606.
