We celebrate the life of James Edward Kimbro Jr, “Jamo”. Jamo was a loving son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend, but most importantly he was a loving FATHER to his 4 children; James Kimbro III, Madison RubyMae Love Kimbro, Josiah Alexander Kimbro and Jaiden Jayshawn Kimbro.
He was born to James Kimbro Sr. (father) and Wanda Henderson (mother) on July 14, 1993. Jamo attended Columbus City Schools, however went on to complete his GED. As a result of having a generous spirit and possessing a strong willed yet silly personality, Jamo was loved by many. He was truly one of a kind and leaves us all with a funny memory of him.
Jamo loved to spend time with his kids, play X Box Live, and spend time with his family and friends.
Jamo will be missed by: his children, his brothers (Jermaine Stewart and Jeremiah Stewart), sisters (Ashley Stewart and Taja Henderson), his step-sisters (Ashley Clayton, ShaniyahBason, Jessica Cruz, Amanda Cruz, and his step-brothers (Scott Parson and the late Eric “Baby” Cruz), his lifelong partner and mother of his children Dasha Myers, his 2 closet friends whom he considered like brothers (Dennis “Den Den” Brown and Sirche “Tee Von” Richardson ), a girlfriend (Keona White), his God -parents (Darryl and Tonya Miller) and God Brothers (Darryl and Leon Lewis), and (Tony Miller) and long host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
I have enjoyed the little amount of time I had with him when he moved with me n my kids in PA for a a month or two boy was he a handle but always acted silly i really did become very close to him this is so sad to no icant be nosey on his page n saying why is this boy saying these crazy stuff on his page lol I’m sad for his mom and siblings n kids n my uncle James I can’t no imagen how you all are feeling because I am very hurt as well as my kids ..love you little cuz your always gonna to be missed gone to soon
Sending my condolences to his mother ,sisters & brothers ..just know I’m hurting also over this as well especially because I lost Eric my only son on 10-30-16 and those two were so close . Well I know for sure their together in heaven happy as can be looking down to us watching our backs even more then they ever did here on Earth. We will all be a family together again soon. I am so saddened, the world has lost a truly amazing man who left everyone he knew with a smile and whose lives are made better by knowing him. His love for his kids was an inspiration and I will miss him dearly and know that he is an angel and continues to make us all smile.
