Jannie Jeter, 89. Sunrise March 22, 1922 – Sunset May 28, 2011. She was born in Carlisle, S.C. to the late Aurenius and Saphronia Tucker. Jannie worked many years as a Nurses Aid in nursing home and private duty. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Russell Jeter, sons Julius and Jessie Jenkins, grandson Chuck Coles, brothers Roosevelt, George, Odell, Andrew, Arthur, Virgil, and Cicero Tucker, and sisters Ruth Bell Freeman and Beatrice Nooks. Left to cherish her memory, daughters Hazel (Donald) Greene, Jannet (William) Coles, Patricia (Curtis) Bosley and Denise (Carl) Simmons, brother LeRoy Tucker, sisters Lillie Mae Hines, Leretha (Charles) Tucker and Rose Griffin, 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
