Shelton family, my heart is truly broken by the loss of Jay. He was and is like a son to me. I have known Jay since elementary school. He was the Best Friend to my son Charles. I share in your loss. I will always remember Jay for his smile , laugh and the love he shared amongst everyone. Jay was there for me when Charles was struggling to live. Jay will always hold a special place in my heart. I will always love Jay as a son. My sincere condolences to the Shelton family.

Me and jay were High School buddies we were close in a high school cliq lol we laughed joked constantly we would just look at eachother and bust out laughin i couldnt talk on the phone after 10 omg they would call anyway and get me in trouble lol he will be truly missed by many my condolences.
