Jeffrey Alan Toler, 58, passed away suddenly on April 25, 2012 at Grant Medical Center.
Jeffrey accepted Christ at an early age attending St. Dominic Catholic Church. He attended Bishop Hartley High School and was an avid tennis player. He retired from CED Lighting. Jeffrey was the grill master of German Village and The Short North areas.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his mother Attorney Queen Esther Early Toler, PhD and father, Attorney William A. Toler.
He is survived by son Alan Toler, daughter Jessica Renee Toler of Kentucky, brother William “Billy” (Joyce) Toler of New Mexico, sisters Frances Toler, Dr. Kathey Toler of Texas, and Judge Lynn Toler of Arizona, step mother Toni Toler and several nephews and many family and friends.

Jeffrey was a good friend of mine from Bishop Hartley High School. Although most of us lost track of one another after we graduated,
I often thought of Jeffrey over the years and wondered where life took him. He was a good friend back then to so many people…..he was always smiling !
Rest in PEACE, Jeffrey. I am so sorry your family and friends had to let you go so soon.

I worked at CED with Jeff, he was a gentle and nice person. My sympathy to all of his family.
VERY SORRY, THAT MY FRIEND DAVID JENNINGS AND OTHER HARTLEY FRIENDS ARE SADDENED BY THE PASSING OF ONE OF OUR CLASS MATES OF 71. I REMEMBER JEFF AS BEING A VERY NICE AND A QUITE PERSON. MY THOUGHTS GO OUT TO HIS FAMILY.
