My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Peppers family. My heart is saddened for your loss. I am saddened for losing a good friend. As neighbors living two doors down back in the 80’s we had a lot of good times with our kids (Tiffany, Holly, Billy, Holly and Heather. After the loss of Billie I know that Jeff’s heart was broken and that he never got over her death. I know that God has gained another angel in heaven and now he can be with the Love of his Life for ever and eternity. May God give you all strength in this difficult time. Rejoice as his life is just beginning! RIP Jeff!
