Jermaine Marcel Pompey Sr. was born January 15, 1972 in San Bernardino, California to Ulylesses and Mary Pompey.
Jermaine was an outstanding Father, Son, Paw-Paw, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He attended Walnut Ridge HS, Eastmoor HS and from Job Corp. Jeramine enjoyed cooking and spending time with his family. He was a very kind-hearted and giving man.
On august 6, 2019, Jermaine Marcel Pompey Sr. departed his life on earth.
Jermaine is preceded in death by his father Ulylesses Pompey Sr., maternal grandfather, Emanuel Morrison Sr., Paternal grandmother, Minnie Pompey, Maternal Grandmother , Ola Morrison.
Jermaine leaves to cherish his memories his Mother, Mary Pompey; Children (Tenia, Seanrea, Jermaine Jr., Terrance, Tiffini and Devin; (Kristopher, Marie, Levi, Kay’Lynn, Zaiden, Laila and Zakai); Sister, Danielle; Nephews (Ja’Len and DaShaun); very special Niece, La’Nijah and a host of Godchildren, Step Kids, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Special Friends.
Visitation 9:00am and Funeral 10:00am Saturday, August 17, 2019 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave.
Interment at Eastlawn Cemetery.

I just found out about your passing yesterday my friend, it was quite a shock and hurts my heart. I find joy in remembering all of it good times and laughter. My deepest prayers and condolences go out to your mother, children, siblings, and the rest of your loved ones. You will be missed!
Jermaine was an outstanding father, a good friend, and he touched so many. Praying the family will find strength in this very difficult time.
My deepest condolences go out to the Pompey family. Our hearts are very heavy and he will be greatly missed by many.
