Uncle Joe you will truly be missed but never forgotten, I love you now and forever you’re R.J. Rhodes twin the two of you are dancing high with your wings of glory, the Rhodes family have two angels watching and smiling over them now and forever. Daddy (R.J. Rhodes) your baby brother wanted to see his big brother again. I know you had your arms open and and told him “ come on Joe Rhodes it’s so beautiful here, let me show you how to look over our loved ones that we left behind.” You all are in our hearts each and everyday. I love the both of you I know I will see you both again one day.
Love Always

Condolence from Aleisha on July 27th, 2022 4:43 pm

I met Joe back in 2017 when I first moved into the Apartment complex, He lived across from me. I never thought that we would become good friends to the point that I would let him know my Going Ins and Going Outs. I knew him for 14 years. He always looked out for me and never let anyone disrespect me. I gained so many friendly people when I met Joe Rhodes…He would just be sitting outside on the steps and people (that he knew and some he didn’t) would just walk over and talk to him and Us. The Plaza isn’t the same without you, Joe. Nobody hangs out anymore and the steps are just steps now. May you continue to watch over your family and I hope to see you in my dreams.
