John Allen Moman, age 74.  Sunrise October 28, 1942 and Sunset November 9, 2016.  Mr. Moman was attended East High School where he was on the Track Team and graduated from Marian Franklin High School.  He enlisted in the Marines where he served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars.  Mr. Moman worked for the postal service and retired from Accurate Glass & Mirror.  He was a member of Mt. Carmel Community Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and with the Food Pantry Ministry.  Mr. Moman was a Mason and a Troop Leader and Silver Beaver Award Winner with The Boy Scouts of America.  He was preceded in death by his parents Edward B. and Mary E. Moman.  Left to cherish his memory, wife of 48 years, Freda Ann Moman; sons Chevez M. Moman and Michael D. (Gwendolyn) Moman; brother, Donald E. (Sherry) Moman; sister, Sandera E. Moman; grandchildren Sydney E.A. Moman and MiKayla R. Moman and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation 12:00 noon and Funeral 1:00pm Monday November 14, 2016 at New Birth Christian Ministries 3475 Refugee Rd.  Interment with Military Honors at Green Lawn Cemetery.  Ministry of Comfort entrusted to MARLAN J.
