Ms Joyce Marie France, 71, passed away on October 30, 2022. Joyce was born on August 27, 1951 in Columbus, MS to John and Nettie Davis.
She was a 1970 graduate of Mansfield Senior High. She loved to fish, shoot darts, cooking, bingo and talking to her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bobby Davis and uncle, Curlie Lanier.
Joyce is survived by her four children; son, Eric D. (Rachael) France; daughters, Dione France; Lara Lee (Kenneth) Lane and Linda M. (Robert Susini) France; sister, Robbin (Michael Lucas) Wherry; uncle, Edward Lanier, 11 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am Monday, November 7, 2022 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE MANSFIELD 753 McPherson St. (formerly Williams Funeral Services). Interment at Mansfield Cemetery.

My sincere condolences to the France and Lanier families. I’ve known Joyce through the years and her family. Always sweet and friendly to all that knew her. Our families were close just like family, Wayne and Newman St. Joyce take your crown wear it well, rest on in heavenly peace! Family carry on her legacy of love for her family. Praying for the comfort of the lord in times like this.
