Kenneth Alton Moore, age 58, was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 21, 1961 by his parents Sandra Phillips Leatherbury (Michael Leatherbury) and Richard W. Moore Jr. He went home to be with The Lord, Monday January 14, 2020.

Kenneth went to East High School and obtained his GED in 1981. Within the same year, Kenneth was enlisted into The United States Air force, where he served for four years and worked as a jet engine mechanic. Kenneth’s career was in roofing and he spent the last two years of his life working for Glory to Glory Landscaping and Willis Roofing and Sheet Metal in Columbus, Ohio.

Kenneth gave His life to Christ in 2010 and was a member of Rhema Christian Center where he participated in Majoring in Men classes.Kenneth loved music, dogs, to bowl, fish, and spend time with his family.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his fathers, Richard W. Moore Jr. and Michael Leatherbury. His grandfather’s Richard Moore Sr. and Frank Harrison Phillips and grandmother Mary Francis Phillips.

He is survived by His mother, Sandra Phillips Leatherbury, grandmother, Gladys Moore, siblings, Kim Leatherbury (Morris) Smith, Andre Edwards, TaMe (Cynthia) Moore, Luv EverMoore (Jay) Johnson, Nena (Adam)Bradley, Nicole (Eric) Brandon and Angela (Lowell) Burks. His daughter, Neysha (Montana)Crawford, son, Willie Aponte, ex-wife Linda Hodge, and his grandson, Kaden Crawford. Aunts, Diane Janie (Steve) Harrison, Beverly Phillips, Jodi Doneghy and uncle, Luis Samuel Moore, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends

Visitation 10:00 AM and Funeral Service 11:00 AM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Rhema Christian Center, 2100 Agler Rd.

Interment with Military Honors at Eastlawn Cemetery
