KEYONNE MONTREL BUSH, SR., born March 22, 1987 in Goldsboro, North Carolina and transitioned to be with the Lord Jesus Christ at Grant Hospital ICU on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, Surrounded by family and friends.
He was the son of Simon Bush, Jr. and Shelia Wright. Keyonne M. Bush Sr. is preceded in death by his grandparents, Simon and Anna Bush and William Beasley; brother, Anthony Charles and Uncles Arthur Beasley and McArthur Burns.
Keyonne M. Bush, Sr., throughout his life knew no strangers. He was an outgoing individual and always greeted you with a big hug, smile and often left you with the phrase, I Love You”. He shared Jesus’ love with each person he met. He loved to cook and shared his culinary skills with others on various special occasions. In addition, during his cherished Life he loved his parents, his sons, his sister, his fiance’, his nephews, nieces, family and friends, all were extremely important to him. Another one of his favorite past times was working in the yard. Thus, he shared his skills by working as a landscape designer. He is a graduate of Columbus City Schools, Independence High School and attended The Ohio State University, Newark branch for one year. He was blessed with three handsome sons, Keyonne Bush, Jr., Keyton Bush, and Deylin Bush.
Keyonne leaves to mourn his death, parents, Simon Bush, Jr, and Shelia Wright; stepfather, Tim Wright; his grandmother, Geraldine Beasley; his three sons; his sister, Annissa Bush and her two sons, Montrell, and Elisha and daughter, Jada; his fiancee’, Katrina Charels and her son, Dameco Charles; his biological parents; other siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, other family members and friends.
Visitation 10:00am and Funeral 11:00am, Wednesday March 29, 2017 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave. Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.
