Kiana Koren Ross

Ms. Kiana Koren Ross left a life of 44 years behind in Columbus, Ohio for a promise of everlasting peace on 11 December 2022.

Kiana had a bursting spirit of rainbows and fireworks. She loved to serenade her immediate audience
with singing and music that she wrote. Her language of love was an upbeat greeting followed by a warm
embrace, a radiant smile, eyes lit with love and spoken words of support and encouragement.
She survived many struggles through her journey of life but despite all odds against her, drive and
determination secured her claim of independence, homeownership and the freedom to travel to her
favorite paradises on earth at an early age.

Although she worked many jobs, her role as a Home Health Coordinator was the most meaningful. Her
dreams and aspirations of modeling and attending a west coast fashion school is now just a memory
unfulfilled, but one of her favorite childhood memories is hearing the voices of her young siblings call her “Ga”.

Kiana is a beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and cousin that will be forever
missed and loved.

Kiana Koren Ross is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Georgianna and Joseph H. Ross;
paternal grandparents DeMorris Winbush and Venzella Winbush; great aunts Marcella Vinson and
Lorraine Wade; aunt Venartha Graham; great uncles James Wesley Vinson, Eugene Vinson, John Vinson,
Edward Vinson; uncles Demoris Jr and Ralph Williams; cousins Shannon Burke, Liberti M. Burke and
