Kimberly Banner-Richardson was born December 14, 1966, in Columbus, Ohio.
She was employed at Columbus City Schools as an Instructional Aid for more than 20 years as well as at St. Vincent Family Services for over 14 years.
Kimberly had a love for music and a passion for children. She loved the Lord, Life, and spending time with family.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, Robert Walker Jr. grandmother, Dorothy Gentry, grandfather, Aaron Reynolds, grandfather, Robert Walker sr. and other family members.
Kimberly leaves to cherish her memories, husband, Tony Richardson; parents, Richard and Loretta Brown; mother-in-law, Teresa Richardson and grandmother, Madeline Walker; children, Amber, Victor lll, Niyah and Trenese and family; siblings Yolanda, Toya, Lisa, Tonya, Gavon, Vincent, Rochelle, Lawndale, Mia, Whitney, Brittany, Mary Francis and Richard; grandchildren Izaiah, Mckenzie, Amir, Jorden, Kamari, Lexi and Aunesty, brother-in-law, Kenny, as well as a host of aunts, uncle, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation 10:00 AM and Private Funeral Service 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.

I was glad to know Kim, she was funny and very supportive. No words can describe how sorry I am for your loss. Continued prayer for the family.

You took the time to plan things out for the family because you cared so much about us. You will definitely be missed! I was so happy to have known Kim and work with her. She was sweet, funny and supportive. She will be missed, we already are missing her presence.

There are no words that are the comfort that the family needs during this time of
grieving the loss of such a mainstay in this family. I do know that God will be your comforter always and when you feel like there is no way you can bear the hurt and loneliness; whisper his name and he will be there….for as long as it takes. We’ll be in the circle again, in heaven there will be no tears, no goodbys, no sickness, no trials and temptations. Love to all of you.
