Leartis attended Independence and Fort Hayes High Schools. He enjoyed listening to music, working and being with family. Leartis is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gary Hood and Leartis C. Day, Sr.
He is survived by mother, Adrena Foster; father, Leartis C. Day, Jr; brothers, Dijon Foster, Salis Burks, Michael Chapman; sisters, Dija Day, Leajah Day, Shundrea Chapman, Kylearia Day; grandmothers, Michelle Foster and Sylvia Day; great grandfather, William Foster; nephew, A’reon Day; niece, Aubre’l Day and a host of other relatives and friends.
