Lesa Marie Flewellen, age 58, was born in Columbus, Ohio on April 11, 1958 and passed to her heavenly home November 5, 2016.

Lesa M. Flewellen accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age.  She attended East High School and was blessed with two children she cherished, Saneka and Donta Flewellen. Lesa was an especially caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and loyal sister, aunt and friend.  She always enjoyed helping others and working around children as she worked many years as an aid for We Care and later as a manager at McDonalds. Lesa loved listening to music, writing, cooking and eating southern foods and being surrounded by her family friends.

Throughout Lesa struggles she remained faithful in God and stayed true to the power of the Lord until she was called to Heaven. Lesa was beloved by all and will be dearly missed by anyone whose life she touched.

Lesa is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Watkins; father, Cleon Dixon; and brother Robert Flewellen. Left to cherish her loving memory, daughter, Saneka Flewellen; son, Donta Flewellen; sisters, Diane Ward, Barbara and Mary Flewellen, Edith Dixon; brothers, Jeffrey Flewellen and Alfred Dixon; 7 grandchildren; Kyianna, Kesean, Malique, Kahlora, Marshawn, Myabellah, Mikai and 1 great grandchild, Lavon and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
