Preceded in death by grandmother, Sarah Barton; grandfather, William Barton; brother, Marlon Chubb.

Left to cherish her memory father, Charles Chubb Sr.; mother, Mary Chubb; sons, Omar Hernandez Jr., Raul Hernandez, Ruben Hernandez; daughter, Chanel Hernandez; brothers, Steven E. (Thelma) Chubb Sr., Charles Chubb Jr., Creedon Chubb, Martin Chubb, Mark Anthony Chubb, Kevin Chubb, Mark Price, Kendale Neff; sisters, Sharon Chubb, Kim Chubb, Angela Chubb, Stacy (Benjamin) Mixon, Teaira Gamble, Liza Mitchell; grandchildren, Sayvon Hernandez, David Thomas, Jr., Jazlynn Norlund, Camya Thomas, Cali Thomas and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service 12Noon Monday, May 22, 2017 at the MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Avenue (one block east of Noe-Bixby turn north on Lonsdale Road).
