Marc Washington was born November 10, 1966 in Columbus Ohio. He was the first born of nine children.

He loved to spend time with his siblings especially his brothers and two daughters. Marc enjoyed taking his girls to the movies, bowling and taking his nieces and nephews to different events. Marc was always the “fun uncle” and he loved them dearly.

He was a devoted family man who was always known as the protector of the family. He loved spending time with loved ones at family reunions, cookouts or simply cooking in the kitchen. His favorite past time was spending time outside planting flowers and walking nature trails. If you called Marc, he would be there without question. Marc’s beautiful deep tenor voice had a way of carrying through a room that left a lasting impression with those who knew him.

Marc is preceded in death by grandparents Rosezene and Connie Washington.

Marc will be lovingly remembered by his former wife Patricia Washington, beautiful daughters Mikayla Washington and Destiny McNeal. Father Michael Washington (Connie) and Mother Sylvia Morris. Former Mother in Law Ann Adams. Marc will also be fondly remembered by his six brothers Damea Morris (Chas), Aaron Morton, Daniel Gray, Cleon Washington, Nathaniel Morton (Stephanie) and David Gray. Marc went to rest with the Lord April 21, 2018 at the age of 51. He will be remembered as a loving, thoughtful and strong man. He will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

Visitation 2:30pm and Funeral 3:30pm on Saturday May 5, 2018 at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, 1636 Graham Rd.

  3. To the family of Marc, you have my sincere condolences in the death of your loved one. Although we have the resurrection hope (Acts 24:15), it does not remove the pain we feel in our hearts. God knows how you feel and He will wipe away your tears and death will be no more! (Revelation 21:4) Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord.” May you rely on God’s promise that Marc will live again!
