Marcus “MJ” Allen Peters Jr., age 15, Sunrise September 12, 2004 and Sunset July 11, 2020.

Marcus is preceded in death by father Marcus Allen Peters Sr.: Uncles Michael Peters, David Peters, Daris Kendrix, Chuck Baker; Aunt Rhonda Bozeman; Grandmother Leona Palmer, Gloria Peters; Grandfathers, Alvin Payne & Michael Bozeman.

Marcus attended Linden McKinley Stem Academy, he played Little League Football for the Franklin County Wolverines and the Columbus Patriots. Marcus loved dancing and having fun with family and friends especially hanging out at his grandmother’s house with his siblings. His desire was to play football for The Ohio State University. Marcus was able to grasp the hearts of almost everyone he came in contact with. He will be immensely missed by us all.

He is survived by mother Takeya (Ricky Dawkins) Kendrix; Sisters: Kylaiza Slaughter, Rickeya Dawkins; Martiesha Peters, Aprea Goodgame, Kennedy Carter, Markaylah Patterson, Markajaha Peters, Markeisha Peters; Brothers Trevon Slaughter, Markel Peters, Kaliffi Kendrix, Markez Peters; Grandmothers Stefani (Robert Pardon) Peters, Darlene Kendrix ; Aunts; Ceniqua Saunders, Brittney (John)Davis, Kennetta Kendrix, Slyvia Pack; Uncles, Kevin Kendrix, John “Snake” Kendrix, Kendrick Rocker Jr. Extended Family Ramona Noaks and family, Karen Sliker and Family a host of other relatives including great aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation 11:00 AM and Funeral Service 12:00 PM Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Born To Win Christian Center, 2501 Mock Road.

A mask is mandatory.

Interment at Evergreen Burial Park.

Hey MarMar don’t be mad at me for taking so long to write this it’s just hard for me to process all this I miss you so much Man I was so happy school was gonna start soon so I could mess with you at lunch but God had other things in mind even though your not here in flesh you here in spirit and in my heart always I never got to meet your family but their in my prayers I love you MarMar see you soon.
