MITCHELL
Marie M. Mitchell, age 83. Sunrise September 30, 1932 in Brownsville, TN and Sunset April 27, 2016 in Columbus, OH. Marie retired from nursing in private duty and nursing homes. She was a member of Triedstone Baptist Church where she served with the Usher Ministry. She was also on a bowling league and a member of East Columbus Community Center. Marie was preceded in death by her parents Cortria and Bertha Watkins Caldwell, and Carey and Johnnie Sue Wellington, husband Wensor Lee Mitchell, sons Darrell Mitchell and Ronnie Mitchell, siblings Robert McFarland, Otha Carter, Ozella Robertson, and Alice Newsome, and son in law Coach Bruce Howard. Left to cherish her memory, daughters Sheila (Kenneth) Mitchell Fullington, Shirlene Lavender Howard, and Celestine (Robert Gibbs) Mitchell, sons Larry (Paula) Mitchell and Wensor “Ricky” (Beverly) Mitchell, sisters Ruby McFarland and Victoria Wellington, brother, Bobby Wellington, 21 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation 11:00am and Home Going Service 12:00 noon Tuesday May 3, 2016 at Triedstone Baptist Church 858 E. 3rd Ave.

I am sorry for your lost. May you find comfort in God’s Word the Bible. Jesus said: At John 6:40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who recognizes the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him (her) on the last day.
