I was convinced I had 3 grandmas. “Grandma”, “Grandma Brown”, and Mrs. Cook. Mrs. Cook, you embraced me, disciplined me, and fed me good food like I was one of your own. Especially that cheesecake. It was my favorite.

It seems like you babysat every kid in the family, including mine and everyone had a sense of peace knowing our children were in your care.

Your smile and laughter will be missed.

Thank you for accepting me as one of your own.

Mom Cook was an amazing woman! She touched so many lives with her love and I count it a Blessing that God put her in my life. She lived her life as a Child of God and now is the time for her family to take her love for God and continue that legacy. She would love to look down from Heaven and see her family making this world a better place. Love you Mom Cook, RIH. You fought a good fight and now you have earned your Heavenly Wings!

  13. To the Cook family, Our deepest sympathy during the loss of Mrs. Marion. She was one of my mothers dear friend. I remember her kindness when we moved here from WVA. We were always at your home and treated like family. May God bless and keep you during this difficult time. We love you all❤️
