I am so sorry to lose your fire on this Earth, Sir. To your family, please know that he was loved by all and offered all of us hope for the future. Our thoughts are with you at this troubling time.

  4. My deepest condolences to the McCarrel family. I had the honor and extreme pleasure of crossing paths with MarShawn during his younger years. You could sense early on, him and his brothers were going to be future leaders in our community by how they were being raised with plenty of forethought, love and guidance by their proud parents. It was instilled in him to be deligent in his studies, mannerable to his elders and helpful to all. Although his time in this life was limited to 23 years, his work placed him at the forefront as a Leader amongst men. Leatha and MarShawn has lost a son and we in the community have lost a devoted rising star. May he Rest in Heavenly Peace. I Salute Him!

  5. To the family of MarShawn, you have my deepest sympathy in your loss. I did not know him personally but my understanding is that he made an impact on people around the world. It hurts my heart when I hear of a young life gone too soon! God knows the pain his death has caused and he promises that he will wipe away your tears, and that death will be no more (Revelation 21:3, 4).
