Mary Esther Waldon, 91. Sunrise April 21, 1930 – Sunset October 30, 2021.

Mary was a Lifetime member of Pilgrim Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio. She retired from The Ohio State University and was a big fan of the Buckeye’s Basketball and football teams.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents John and Minnie Houston, brothers John and James Houston, sister Amelia Fain, son James Gresham, and daughters Louise Gresham and Belinda Franks.

Mary is survived by sister, Barbara Wilson, Tampa Fl, and daughters Judy Shepard, Betty Remley, Pamela (John) Viers, and Danielle (Nathan) Radcliff, sons Warfield, Erroll, and David Manns, and a host of other nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Mary will be truly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

 

 

 

 

 

Private Visitation 10:00 AM and Private Funeral Service 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Interment at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
