Mary T. Henderson was born on February 28, 1949. To the parents of Willie Mae and John Rash. Mary received her wings on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 2:28 am.

Mary worked in customer service most of her life and women of many talents. She loved Sewing, baking (oh how good her 7up cake were). She loved going to bingo and watching her favorite show Charmed.

Spending time with her family was the high light of her life from birthdays, holidays and barbecues. Mary loved her family a lot, she just showed it in her own way. She had a very outgoing spirit everyone that knew her knew her favorite gesture (flipping you the bird) that’s how you knew she loved you.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents John and Willie Mae Rash; her sisters Deborah Thornton, Vedetta Rash, Juanita Cummings.

She leaves to cherish her memories her husband Scott E Henderson II; children, Dewayne (Penny) Rash, Yvonne Byers, Patricia Byers, Tawana (Tamaul) Boston, Tess Byers, Tifany Byers, Angelo (Jamila) Byers and Sacoya (Rashawn) Gilliam; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with siblings: Sandra Watkins, Robert Rash, Jacquline Rash, Delores (richard) Richardson George Rash nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Mary was loved by many and hated by none. We will miss her dearly, but we will always have our memories of her.

Visitation 9:30 AM and Funeral Service 10:30 AM Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE EAST, 5456 E. Livingston Ave. (one block east of Noe Bixby, turn North on Lonsdale Rd.). Interment at Green Lawn Cemetery.
