Michael Erik Elmore was born June 16, 1987 and departed this life on May 16, 2020.

Michael was a loving father, husband, son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. Working and being a provider and protector was his joy of life. His presence would light up an entire room with laughter and love. He loved to have a great time with everyone he had deep love for and create memories for life that he could repeat to us all the time.

Michael was a devoted father and his children were his greatest and most prized possession and one of his best accomplishments.

Michael was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Mittie Lee Elmore; grandfather, Arthur Lee Hayden; great aunts, Linda Jabbar, Brenda Elmore, and Nancy King; brother, Courtney Elmore; cousin, Terrance Barbour Jr, and JJ Jabbar.

Michael leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Meshannda Elmore; daughter, Yasmin Denise Renee Elmore; mother, Adriene Elmore; father, Michael Waddleton; grandmother, Delores Hayden; sister, Minnie Elmore; brother, Brian Elmore Sr; aunts, Michelle and Erika Elmore; great aunts, Drucilla and Wilma Elmore; great uncle, Daryl Elmore; nieces, Courtney, Demaria, Brielle, Braylynn, Aubrey, and Miley Elmore; nephews, BJ and Braiden Elmore; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private arrangements entrusted to MARLAN J. GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE NORTH 2500 Cleveland Ave.

Interment at Union Cemetery Association.
