Mother Viola F. Turner, age 82. Sunrise November 26, 1933 and Sunset June 3, 2016. Mother Turner was a member of Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies where she served on the Mothers Board. She retired from Nationwide Insurance. Mother Turner is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Katie Russell. Left to cherish her memory, daughters, Marquita Pinkins, Karen (Marvin) James, Sheree (Jerry) Roquemore, Michelle Jones; sons, Aaron (Jeannel) Turner, Byron Turner, Laron Turner; sister, Bertha E. Cage; 26 grandchildren, 61 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren , and a host nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation 5pm and Home Going Service 6pm Sunday June 12, 2016 at Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies 870 St. Clair Ave. Interment 10am Monday June 13, 2016 at Glen Rest Memorial Estates.
