My sincerest sympathies to family and
friends of Cass. I enjoyed working with. Cass and his friendship. He could light up a room with his smile and his energy. I remember standing next to him at inspection and he would aggravate the brass because his shoes weren’t tied. It is funny, that seems like it was last week…not more than 30 years ago. God Bless Cass and to all who loved him.

Dear Family,
It is with regret that Marvin and I will not be able to celebrate Cass’s home going with you as Marvin is in Texas and I am out of town during this Easter holiday, but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. Marvin and I have shared our fond memories of Cass with each other by phone. Marvin remembers his fun time with cousins in Southfield and on the ball field. More recently, I remember Cass and his family coming to the Lake each Christmas Eve. We will be streaming the funeral and will be with you in spirit. Brenda, Tom and the rest of our families send their love.

Cass, I love you buddy and will miss you. I pray that I will see you once agin in eternity. This came so unexpectantly and I couldn’t believe that you were suddenly taken! We had a wonderful day this past Saturday with Will, you and me! See ys later my friend!

Words, are hard to come by, when you lose someone close to you….it is hard….hard to speak to anyone….until God has comforted you enough, to say something…..Yes, it hurts, losing Cass…All of us who grew up with him, loved him very much….we played all sports together, went to Elementary, Jr High, and High School together….We’ve all lost people, close to us, and it is just never, ever, easy…..There are no words, that can process, the loss of a loved one….just, that, We will miss you, brother Cass….and know, your Soul, is with the Lord now….and at one point in time, we will all be together again, when Christ comes, for the 2nd Time. May God bless us all, comfort us all, as we continue to grieve, for this loss of Cass….Amen

My deepest sympathy to the family of my friend Cass, we worked together at the County, we became good friends, and yes I’ll never forget his wonderful laugh, my family is buried at Franklin Hills as I will be.
Every memorial day I attend the services put on by the Cemetary, I will go to the offices and try to find Cass’s grave and pay my respects.

To Cory Long and family my prayers go out to you and your family. Your father and I were FSO together with Franklin County Sheriff dept. and he will be miss by us daily.

I am so sorry for the loss of your father. He was a great father great godly man and a great friend who I will miss deeply and so will my children. I watched the service online and was moved by the words of all of the children he did live for God and he loved God and it showed in everything that he said and he did he definitely put others before himself. He really was an incredible man and I will carry many good memories in my heart. My heart is broken and I will miss our good times but I know he is in heaven I am praying for his children and pray that they will take comfort in knowing that he is rejoicing with his Heavenly Father.

It’s been years now decades since I last saw you but your smile left an ever lasting impression. Truly sorry for the family’s loss.

Sending prayers and sincere sympathy to Cass’s family and friends. I went to Marion Franklin High School with Cass. I remember how he treated everyone with genuine respect and kindness. His smile and infectious laugh were one of a kind. He was one of those people you can’t forget and throughout life remember fondly. “Mr. Marion Frankin” will be remembered for being a truly Good Man with a hugh heart who left his mark of kindness on many.

Mr Cass was my neighbor, in Columbus. I used to ride with him from the gym, and talk to him, whenever we saw eachother. He was always smiles, and one for “how’s it goin, buddy?” He had a lot of energy, even after he got sick. He was a joy. My condolences to the family.
