Mr. Fred Frank Williams, 71, passed away on June 6, 2021. Fred was born on November 14, 1949 in Mansfield, OH to Fred Williams Sr and Addie (Givens) Williams.

He is preceeded in death by his parents, newborn son, Fred Williams III and brother, Michael Williams Muhammad.

Fred is survived by daughters Kajia (Dwain) Parks-Lentes and JoAnn Hall; son Frederick Sean Brazzile; sisters Mary (Jay) Douglas, Debra (Tim) Holt, Kim Perkins Brown and Valerie Williamson; brother, David Williams (Sylvia Hall), 2 stepsons, Reginald and Donnell Brazzile; sister in law, Cathy Williams; special friend Theresa Coleman, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public Visitation 3:00pm and Private Family Funeral 4:00pm Saturday, June 12, 2021 at MARLAN GARY FUNERAL HOME, THE CHAPEL OF PEACE MANSFIELD (formerly Williams Funeral Services) 753 McPherson St. Mask and Social Distancing are required.
